It is primarily designed for use with the Aimpoint magnification modules, e. g. 3X C, 3X Mag and 6X Mag, but can also be used to attach other optics with a 30mm center tube diameter. It is offered in combination with the Aimpoint Twist Mount Base and thus enables attachment to a Picatinny rail (MIL STD 1913).
